I receive enough junk mail without these solicitations; be decent and erase me from your list. I will appreciate that, instead to being irritated with the continuous pop-ups you are sending me.

I am not receiving new email. What do I need to do to get it working again?

You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

I have downloaded Thunderbird from official Mozilla homepage. It seems to be installed correct. I got the icon and a question : should we start Thunderbird now. I answer yes. Then I get the message : Thunderbird is not found ? but I have just loaded it ? I am running windows 11 and I have got newest upgrade.

PS I also have a PC running Linux Mint. Loading Thunderbird here was no problem.

My entire Firefox account has disappeared, bookmarks, passwords, email, history, everything. I shut down my Mac Airbook when I left town Tuesday, powered up when I got home today and when i clicked on my Firefox icon at the bottom of the page, a new, unrecognizable Firefox page appeared asking for a signon rather than my default page, my email. Can you help me recover everything? Lloyd

Deleted around 400 unread emails at one time, something not done before. Thunderbird shut down, now can not log in. Do not have backup password or two step authorization. Any hope for getting back in?

I can't copy/paste the information in messages in some of my e-mails. How can I unblock these messages.

firefox removed my bookmarks and they had no right to do so. This upsets me big time, and like everything else they have no phone line to cll for support. firefox is a real pice of work.

When I went into my email this AM, a line above it stated that my browser no longer is supported. I have a desk-top MAC OS operating system and I have used Firefox to get into my email for a very long time. What gives? Thank you.

Hello, In my Mozilla Thunderbird email client I'm sorting received emails into 'conversations' which in Thunderbird is known as 'Threaded View'. I find this to be useful functionality but one problem I have is that it's not obvious when there's a new email in that thread. The only way to check for a new message in a thread, is to click on the '<n> replies' in the very first threaded email, so that when that expands to show all content in that thread - one can then see that there are new emails that haven't yet been read. Is there any way that new (unread) emails in Threaded View can be made obvious ?. Regards,

One of my two outlook email accounts no longer appears in Thunderbird, which says it is authenticated but not connected. This happened suddenly. I can still get the messages by going onto outlook.com. How do I get it back on Thunderbird?

Thunderbird has been working OK. Now, despite PC restarts and so on I get the message "mail couldn't be sent, time out error for SMTP server. I have tried changing the SMTP settings from port 465 to port 587 but no difference. If I log in to my email provider (vodafon/uniymail) I can send mails no problem. The problem is with thunderbird not sending smtp. Tried turning firewall and antivirus off, no help. Internet connection is glassfibre, internet works OK.
