Can't open firefox even after uninstall and re install it, no message, no report, nothing

I've always used Firefox until 1 month ago when it was impossible to open Facebook on it. As no fb account can be open on it (I can connect but I see only a blank page), I've decided to install chrome. It worked. Then chrome starts to have troubles and Firefox can't be open anymore (I had the crash report) I uninstalled Chrome I uninstaledl and installed Firefox. It still can't work and i don't even have the crash report anymore. I have absolutely no sign of something happening. I have to use IE which i don't like.

Hello, any luck if you boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) ?

(If works in Windows Safe mode then probably you have problem with other software, like security software or maybe a system driver, that is running on your computer).
