On the left of the principal page, we can add different "dossier" and befroe, I have about 20 dossiers, but now the are to get out and I don^t no more these "dossiers".

Are you missing the Folder Pane? Press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear if not already there. From the Menu Bar select View-Layout-Folder Pane
