What's this error message on a web page: "No se pudo insertar IP 2605:e000:3fc0:37:6563:1afb:8d61:9783 en base de datos"
When clicking on a link on a web site in Spanish, I get an error message: "No se pudo insertar IP 2605:e000:3fc0:37:6563:1afb:8d61:9783 en base de datos."
Is it an issue with the web site or with my computer?
Thank you, Lymsi

The message says it failed to insert your IP into the database. This is probably an issue with your network. While I don't know what causes this, here's something to try:
1. Connect your PC directly to your modem via ethernet cable. (yellow cable going to router) If you don't use Wi-Fi, skip this step.
2. If you can't access the website through the modem, call your ISP.
3. If you can access the site through the modem, reset your router by holding the reset button for a few seconds. (WARNING! This will reset your wifi name and password!)
4. If you still can't access the site, try purchasing a new router. The NETGEAR N150 router is easy to set up, and very affordable.
Hey, I know it sounds crazy, but trust me; this solved a problem with my Wi-Fi not loading a specific website.

Hi lymsi,
That is the website most likely. That 2605:e000:3fc0:37:6563:1afb:8d61:9783 looks like a mac address with a port number or a wifi address... There are a few ways to test to be sure:
- if you have another computer, go to the website and see if that computer does the same
- if it does the same, try it on your cell phone or from another person's network (internet cafe)
If it is consistent in all three its the website. If it is just your computer then maybe avoid that site because it is trying to insert something into a database that we do not know about.
Cheers.
Hi rmcguigan:
Thank you for posting your answer.
I tried it in another computer out of my network, and I could access the entire web page; so it's definitely not the website, it's either my computer or my network.! If it's my computer, I wonder if by uninstalling all programs and installing everything back on, the issue would go away.
On the other hand, if it's my network, can the issue be resolved?
I visit that site on an regular basis, so unfortunately I cannot avoid it. It's most puzzling how I got that issue so suddenly.
Again thanks for your help, lymsi

Hi SuperSluether:
Thank you for your response!
It looks like issue solved. This morning, I visited the website, and I could access all the links. It got fixed by itself without mine needing to do anything... amazing, but glad it's now all good!
In any case, thank you again for your help.
