migration of "group tabs" to a new computer
My HDD is failing I'm trying to backup EVERYTHING. Is there a way to back up my "tab groups"so they can be restored on a new HDD? I'm using win 7 Home Premium 64 bit system.

Yes, I printed the referenced article. Since nothing will be available on the new HDD. I have the backup profile copied and when the HDD gets here, I'll follow the directions to replace the new default profile.

Hi majormom,
You can make a backup copy the the sessionstore.js in the profile folder.

- Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
- Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
That file stores session data that includes the App tabs and Tab groups.
