Unfortunately this is a problem with whoever is running that website. They are the one putting unnecessary restrictions. You will have to get in touch with them.

See the screenshot below. An application made for IE, especially older versions of IE, stand little chance of working in Firefox. But once I accepted the message a login page did load in Firefox 9.0, but without login credentials that's as far as I could go.
In IE 8.0 I didn't even get that far, and Opera 11.51 took almost 2 minutes to download the 21 page elements and then wouldn't display anything.
See your system administrator for help with that. It doesn't look like a Firefox issue, so Mozilla isn't going to fix anything.
