I keep trying to update my Mozilla site (8.0), and even after I do the site says that I need to update it. It's as if I never did it at all...I've downloaded it six times. What am I doing wrong?

I did that...that's the problem. The system keeps telling me that I didn't upload the new version even though I did upload it six times.

Your UserAgent string in Firefox is messed up by another program that you installed.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Agent

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.
Right-click the preferences that are bold, one line at a time, and select Reset.
Then restart Firefox
