I cannot print a web page or selection using 6.0.2
I need to copy and paste a webpage or selection into another program...this is time consuming. Never had this before 6.0.2.

....sorry...I reset the print.print_printer....didn't work. I will reset all! This scares me. 73 years old and scared to totally mess up!
It's not working....how do I uninstall and install a 4.0? I am not a techy....I can copy and paste in WORD, but my husband just get disgusted and cusses! please help an idiot,(me), in a SIMPLE way. Thanks....Marilyn
You need to reset all the preferences for that printer, if resetting that one pref didn't fix it.
Sorry, I don't know of a more simple way of fixing it, and reinstalling Firefox isn't going to fix it unless you delete your "personal data and customizations".
...there's a hundred or more preferences.....ALL of them?
Just for that particular printer.
I reset everything relating to my printer...including the fax...which we don't use....BUT still no printing a web page....Thank you for your help. I still love Firefox...but I am very disappointed! Marilyn
