Mozilla doesn't make those add-ons, whoever made them is responsible for keeping them up-to-date as Mozilla releases new versions of Firefox. SafeBrowser has already told you what is up with the Google Toobar, but you need to contact the developers of those other 2 add-ons and find out when they plan to update their add-ons. Firefox 5 was released almost 5 weeks ago, and Firefox 6.0 is due to be released in little over a week, so those developers need to get their act together, fast.

That's a big problem with add-ons that aren't available from the official Add-ons website, such add-ons aren't updated in a timely manner, leaving their users up-the-creek and looking to Mozilla for a "fix" for something that Mozilla had no part in creating. Even 3rd party add-ons get a "bump" for compatibility at AMO, if an add-on is judged to be "compatible".
