How do you organize bookmarks toolbar and menu so that my bookmark folders are at the top of the bookmarks column on the left, thanks.
I would like to sort my bookmark column so that my folders are above the bookmarks toolbar and bookmarks menu, please.

Open Options for that extension and de-select the folders that you don't want to appear in the Sidebar.

Your bookmarks are in the Bookmarks Menu folder, and the Bookmarks Toolbar folder can't be moved to below the Bookmarks Menu folder. If you try to move it down, it will be duplicated within the Bookmarks Menu folder.
It is possible to hide the Bookmarks Toolbar folder(and the other "folders") in the Bookmarks Sidebar view with this extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sidebar-bookmark-selector/
Thanks, I added this extension and restarted firefox but still not sure exactly how to hide these folders (tried they won't hide for me), i appreciate your help, thank you.
