I seem to be having a problem accessing Firefox Help. I tried to ask a question and was directed to sign up and create and ID. I received a message that there was a problem, but I seem to have been given an ID.

However, I'm not able to find any record of the original question I submitted or the follow-up question about problems establishing an ID. The Dashboard shows no activity. I tried a search for my ID and couldn't find any record of it.
