You can manually create one:

  1. Right-click on the desktop and select New > Shortcut
  2. Select the firefox.exe file, on 32-bit Windows the default location is C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
  3. Click Next and enter a name for the shortcut, then click Finish.
