one person this week and I am the same person, so I called the advisory group and they gave me a number, but they answered me back and I we went through the installation of the toolbar and I thought that was the end of it and I would be able to get into what I was to do in class with out any problem, but when I got up this AM, the firefox icon from my desk top was no longer there and I could not get into my PMI toolbar anymore.
