My computer brokedown so I saved my bookmarks into a word document and put it in my new comuter. I can go to the the bookmarked sites through word but I dont know how to put them in the bookmark menu. Is there anyway I can put them on the bookmark menu from word?

If the bookmarks are in an HTML format or if you can save them in Word in an HTML format then you can import that file in Firefox. Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML : "From File"

If you have still access to the hard drive of that old computer then look for the bookmarkbackups folder in the Firefox Profile Folder

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\ Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

"Application Data" in XP/Win2K and "AppData" in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.

You may want to un-check the box "Hide extensions for known file types" to see the file extensions of all files. --- See also http://kb.mozillazine.org/Backing_up_and_restoring_bookmarks_-_Firefox
