I'm using FF on a Mac Mini, Sonoma, and for the last few days FF doesn't open in the same position it was in when I closed it. When I open FF it's about half of the size it was when I closed it. I then drag a corner to the size FF I want, but this is a very new issue.

Try to rename/remove xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).

I found two xulstore.json files and modified them both, but it didn't change that FF didn't open in the same position as when it was closed. I made sure to exit and then restart FF after the two name changes, but that also didn't make any difference.

Should I go back and change the xulstore.json back to the original name?
