Strange, as I would think that they would know the specifics. I did find this pathcom webpage that looks like a place to start. http://www.docs.pathcom.com/mediawiki/index.php/Configuring_a_POP_or_IMAP_HostPath_email_account_from_your_desktop

Try that and post back on what happened, whether success or error messages.
