perhaps try completing the authentication process than the page displayed starts.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatic-conversion-google-mail-accounts-oauth20 Is is quite dated as the auto conversion was some two years ago, but the troubleshooting steps remain the same. You are being asked to authenticate using oAuth.
