Hi Team, I have been using firefox for 2 years now at work, logged in to sync the passwords and bookmarks. To my knowledge it seemed to be working fine. I reimaged my laptop last week and reinstalled firefox and logged into my account and it did not download any of my saved bookmarks and saved passwords. I suspect it may have been caused by a partially failed initial install of Firefox which may have wiped the data from the account. Does mozilla keep backups of the profile data? If they do, could my account be restored to the state it was in on Thursday 28 March 2024? Thanks Socrates
