I have a website that is now being blocked for 1 week jgonzalez@lungdoctors.com this is my Pulmonary Doctor
and have used this web site for at least 1 year. Being a novice I refreshed my Firefox site and now I have
Pocket which I do not want.
Any ideas would be appreciated very much.

Hi Judith, do you mean the doctor's website is blocked or you are not able to send email messages to the email address you shared?
If the problem is with a website, what is the message you get in Firefox when you try to visit the site? Are you able to visit the site from search results (for example, the results of a Google search)?
Firefox has two different integrations with Pocket:
(1) Save to Pocket toolbar button
You should be able to remove toolbar buttons by right-clicking on them and then using items on the context menu.
(2) Pocket recommendations on the built-in Firefox Home / new tab page
