Ran with add-ons off and not seeing it on the homepage.

I’ve uploaded a screen shot of the Fox News page with the autoplay video in the lower right hand part of the screen. All Fox News stories that I click on autoplay annoying videos that open in a lower right hand page window. This started several days ago. How do I stop it?
