I do not have any Add-ons enabled. I enable the Menu Bar. However, after reopening Thunderbird it is gone, and I need to enable it again.

If I start in Troubleshoot Mode, the Menu Bar is there.

I am running an old version, v102.15.1, 64-bit (which I need for an add-ons that is not compatible with later TB versions) and WIN7 (64-bit)

I suggest disabling the addons, one by one, as that is likely where the problem is.

Thanks David, but as I stated in my original post; I do not have any add-ons enabled (and I only have one disabled add-on).

I just "fixed" the issue. I reinstalled the Portable version and moved the profile. The problem is gone. I don't understand why this worked, but it did....

(I forgot to mention in the original post that I used the Portable version)

The issue with the original profile might have been fixed by doing 'reset toolbars & controls', 'make changes & restart' at the safe mode prompt.
