I did a search and cannot find an answer for my question. When I am shopping for something, I turn on a few different extensions manually and when I am done shopping I manually disable these extensions. Is there a way to make this process in any way?

You can use a second profile with different extensions installed/enabled and use that if you want to restrict some extensions. You can use Sync for transferring data.
