I installed Mozilla VPN just over one year ago. I never could get it working right (my issue I'm sure) and simply forgot about it. Until I was billed for another year recently. I really do not need VPN at all because I always use secure methods when online such as Kaspersky protected browsing and PayPal and Zelle also. Please direct me to whomever is able to cancel my VPN account and possibly issue a refund. A phone number would be nice if a better explanation is necessary. Thank you for helping me, I look forward to hearing back.
