Hi,

I upgraded to Thunderbird 102.6.0 (and just now to 102.6.1) and after the upgrade, one of the email accounts I use will display the headers, but not message content. When I click on the messages in that inbox, I just get a blank page without even the "reply" or "delete" toolbar.

The inbox was working fine before the upgrade and the account that is not working has the same settings (except the first part of the email address) as an account which is working.

Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Not trying to hijack a post, my Thunderbird updated to 102.6.1 now our email accounts show up blank as above. It was fine before the update, how can I roll it back until a fix is available?

I am still having the same problem. So I have not been able to use one of my email accounts (or even read messages from it) for over a month now. Can anyone help?

I'm on a Mac running Monterey 12.3.1 if that makes a difference.

Right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button. If everything disappears it means there is no mail in the folder to reindex. Not that the action has actually lost anything.

I suggest you start your own topic as I seriously doubt the issues are the same. Unless you both have an antivirus that has died on the version change and is quietly crashing in the background to no mail ever arrives.

Hi,

I just tried the "repair" button and it doesn't do anything. The headers are still there in the inbox, but there is no content displayed when I click on them (and the none of the normal buttons like "delete", etc... exist either).

Again, this is just with one of two email addresses. One works fine and is normal. The other does not.

Any other suggestions would be great as it's been over a month without being able to use this email.

I had the same problem. I used the repair option and now everything is working correctly.
