No Choice to select a Reinstall location. It always reinstalls in the same original folder.
I've a Windows 10 computer I'm moving to that I' haven't used much in the past. I previously installed Firefox in the default location. For my own reasons I now want to uninstall Firefox and reinstall in a different folder. I can uninstall just fine; Microsoft and Glary tools don't find a trace of Firefox/Mozilla on the drive. I reboot, download Firefox using Edge and attempt to reinstall Firefox. The reinstall simply states that I'm trying to reinstall, and it'll take a few moments. AT NO TIME do I have a chance to specify WHERE to install/reinstall. How do I reinstall Firefox in a different folder?

Install always gives one the location they can install the software unless it was encoded not to install in a location that can't be used like sys folders for Windows you can't install it there. I think it wasn't properly uninstalled FireFox for it to be saying that otherwise it would show where the install was going during the installation. How did you uninstall FireFox ?

Sounds like you have been trying to install Firefox with the small online stub installer and not with the full offline installer. Look at the article linked above by jscher2000.
