I tried several times to download the version of Firefox that arrived today. It did not download to Windows 10 and now I have no Firefox at all. Except for this Mozilla page that appears from time to time, I have only my e-mail server. Please help. Thank you. Anna

Hi Anna, could you try downloading the "full" installer, which is sometimes called the "offline" installer? That may be more reliable than the smaller "stub" installer. The following article has a link to the full installers:
