Please can you provide more information about the message that you have received?

  • Is this from Firefox Monitor?
  • Is this from another service providing confirmation of a transaction that you have performed?
  • Could this be a spam email or a scam of some kind?

Hi Paul, Thanks for coming back to me. Yes, the message was from Firefox. It came through when I was seeking to close my BT email screen. I took a screen shot of the msg.
