This morning I checked my email and all was fine. Later I restarted my computer and when I logged in Thunderbird (102.0.1) and my business account was gone. GONE! So, I added the account back.

I always keep my business account on top of the stack of my email accounts. Setting it as default did not move it to the top.

Help?

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

My IT guy figured it out. Thunderbird brings in email from Outlook. The problem was that Owl had dumped the email account. Reloaded the account through the Owl app and that part has now been restored. THEN, I was able to drag this account to the top.

Go to account settings, highlight the account and slowly drag it up to top.
