Why is there no input to search by folders when the user save a bookmark? Is there any way to avoid the combobox input? It's just uncomfortable.

To bookmark the current tab in a specific folder you can drag the tab and drop it in this folder where you want it to appear. For a folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar this is normally easy. For other folders you can drop the file in the bookmarks sidebar (folder needs to be visible) or on the Bookmarks Menu toolbar button (folders should expand automatically).

You can drag the Bookmarks Menu button that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar. This Bookmarks Menu button has a "View bookmarks sidebar" menu item.
