This happen only on Firefox. This has never happened on Chrome or Safari. I can be reading something and suddenly the page gets huge. The only way to fix it is to "X" out and go back to the page. I have called Apple support and we did a screen sharing with one tab huge and one tab normal so they could "see" this. It only happens in Firefox.

I uploaded an image of this but after 10 min it is still going around and around.

You may have accidentally zoomed webpage(s). Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View -> Zoom -> Reset (Ctrl+0/Command+0 (zero))

Note that if there is a problem with attaching a screenshot then you can try to reload the page (Command+R on Mac) and give it another try. Make sure to copy text you already typed to the clipboard via Command+C as you will lose what you typed so far if you reload.
