That is strange. eBay might use geolocation to redirect you, but presumably you are nowhere near Spain and most likely you are not using a VPN connection that makes it appear that you are located in Spain.

Could you clear data for eBay -- that's on the Settings page:

• Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Settings (previously "Options")
• Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Settings or Preferences
• Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Settings or Preferences
• Any system: type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it

In the left column, click Privacy & Security.

On the right side, scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click the Manage Data button.

If you type ebay in the search bar there, Firefox should show all the different eBay sites for which it has stored cookies or offline website data. Try removing each of those and saving the change.

Then open eBay in a new tab. Any improvement?

You can use websites like these to see how your location is reported via a reverse DNS look up of your IP:

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
