It is possible volume is muted for Firefox in the Windows settings. 1. Open up a website with audio in Firefox. 2. Go to Settings (Windows app) and search for "Sound Mixer Options". 3. Turn the volume for Firefox up.

The issue was Firefox didn't have a sound card selected. Thanks!
