Not connecting to the internet.
My husband cannot access his emails in Thunderbird. His last email was 2 weeks ago. There is a message saying there is no internet available. This is not so, he can access via B.T. but prefers to use Thunderbird for his 2 email addresses. Thank you, Susan J.

Select File/Offline and make sure Work Offline is not enabled.

Exit Thunderbird. Access the Firewall which might be part of your Anti-virus product. Thunderbird must be listed as an allowed program otherwise the Firewall could be blocking internet access.
