Blank pages
I have blank pages on websites I usually visit. This started after about 4 updates and I switched to chrome. The sites are there, but Firefox won't show them.

If you use Webroot security software then look at this thread for possible workarounds for now like to run Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode or Firefox 98 Developer Edition.
- /questions/1367301 Firefox 97.0 x64 not loading any page
Thanks for your answer, but I don't know if I should download "Firefox 98 Developer Edition." And I don't know how to run compatibility mode.
Firefox IS loading some pages, but apparently randomly NOT loading others. Not sure if that helps you solve this.
Steps to replicate the issue with the sites.
What steps do you mean? I do a search, click on the hit, and the page is blank. I do the same thing on Chrome, and the webpage is there.
Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Fixed Works around problems with WebRoot SecureAnywhere antivirus rendering Firefox unusable in some situations
Dear James,
Thanks for your comment. How do I know if I have WebRoot SecurtyAnywhere antivirus? I have never installed. And today after updating Firefox the situation is even worse than it was yesterday! I can't load this page at all. http://www.frankreport.com. I could upload today before the update and I can load it on Chrome after the update so I know it's still there. Is there anyway I can just back up to about 5 Firefox updates back?
Sincerely, Elizabeth
I updated FF and now my bank (Capital One) just yields blank pages once I log in. Nothing displays. I tried troubleshooting mode to no avail. It happens with other legit web pages too. How do I fix this? They display fine in Edge.
