Hi, I have a problem with the "Ignore all" tag when checking the spelling of a sent message, this button does not work. At the moment the button does exactly the same "Ignore" button, and should ignore any other language errors. I have attached screenshots but they do not show the exact problem with the operation.

Okay, I will try this again.

Assumie that I enter a misspelled word 10 times within an email and Spell check prompts with the menu options of ignore and ignore all - If I click 'ignore', I will be prompted 9 more times because 'Ignore' refers only to that one event. If I click 'ignore all', the spell check ignores all remaining copies of the same word.

The 'ignore all' option is to ignore all future occurrences of that specific spelling, not all future errors in the message. If I am not understanding, please advise.

Ok, I didn't know, thank you. I understand that a dictionary of ignored words is being created somewhere, can it be viewed / verified?

The personal dictionary is for words that otherwise fail the spell check. Click the 'Add' button (instead of the 'ignore' button) to insert into your private dictionary. To see all of the words there, just click the 'Edit' button.

I thought about adding some words to the ignored because they are sometimes words from in another language or phrases in IT jargon or some short words in sender signatures... BTW I did the test - I typed a random word "sdfasdfas" and copied it, I checked "Ignore all" for it and closed the email, then opened a new email and pasted the word "sdfasdfas" and it was underlined again this time ... I still don't understand how the "Ignore all" option works

Okay, follow my steps: I entered sdfasdfas as a word in a sentence in compose window. I clicked 'spelling and the spell menu popped up. I clicked the ADD button to personal dictionary and then the Close button. I then closed that email without sending and created a new message and again inserted the word sdfasdfas . This time, it was not flagged as an error. Specifically, when a desired word is flagged by spellcheck, click ADD button to place in your dictionary and that stops any future spell errors for that word.

Also, you would use IGNORE or IGNORE ALL whenever you type a word that fails the spellcheck, but it is not a word you commonly use and one that you do not want in your dictionary.

I know how the ADD option works, I have many added phrases in my dictionary that I use often, but not those that senders use, I want to ignore phrases which I quotes from my senders. I send a lot of e-mails where I often quote the content of the message.

Ok, I would like to use this option, but as I noticed the "ignore" and "ignore all" works the same.
