Hello there shortstop 1. We have read your message. We try to help you.

Are these two other accounts t’s also the versions as your other new account. Version 91.2.?

I’ve got you a article.

Try to follow the steps below.

Open Thunderbird and click on Tools > Clear Recent History. In the dialog box that opens, click on Details and select Cookies and Cache. Choose the time range to be cleared and finally click on Clear Now.

Try to reset the exe file and reinstall it. Look in safe mode for Thunderbird if it runs with no problem. By there turn of all Add on s and simply check if it’s that. If the problem of your Thunderbird goes away. Then it might be a bad add on.

If these problems still appearing then it might be a another piece of software. Try the same with your anti virus installation. Maybe then it will go away. Just to check if this could be a problem related to that.

It simply can be a update error if input fields can reach the point of a good fill in for the input fields.that s how errors also can be created. A new fresh installation of Thunderbird or EarthLink can solve some of these problems.

Can you go back to the earlier version you had did use before? Are the profile maps where all e-mail are stored still on your ssd? For Thunderbird.

That s where your Thunderbird software stores your mails from the inboxmail. Your mails has to be there in the account settings-) mail map) Mbox-files )inbox )inbox.msf

Can you give me the exact server settings setup input for this earthpoplink- server?

What are you using pop or imap? There are similair configurations for this map ussage. Can I ask?

Are your emails still in these maps? At your profile maps?

Contact me after trying. Thank you.
