What do you mean by "on this day I got tracked." ???

Firefox's built-in Strict level of Enhanced Tracking Protection should be very effective at preventing cross-site tracking. See: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.

If you feel that is not sufficient for you, you can look at add-ons to supplement in ways you feel you need.
