One Touch Reveal Does not work in Firefox. If I start the program I get the following: Problem

If the problem persists please contact Customer Service at 1 866 693-0599 However, if I switch to Google Chrome, it works fine. Please help!

Then, if I sign in, it returns to the above problem.
