After the latest update my emails come through with random headings, as if coming from me. In body of email I see the details of who sent it and who was on the email, but I can only reply to myself. How can I fix this. Attached is an example of an email from a thread that I am subscribed to - but this is happening o nemails from business colleagues as well HELP please!
