Hello Seburo, Thankyou for your response . First, I am confused aboutwhich version of FF to use. FF Beta, FF Nightly, FF for Android, even tried FF for PC. Guess I'm never going to get anything close to my PC FF Start Page.

The biggest problem with all of my attempts is the code scanner not working in FF. This is a fairly old LG G Pad 8.3 LTE running Android 5.0.2. When I'm ready to pair with PC and have any version of FF open on this tablet, I hit Ready to Scan and the screen goes black except for the broken scan square outline, which is visible. No "live" view at all. Just black screen (yes, I did remove the tablet from it's case).

I'm an Old guy who just wants to read my email and SAFELY surf the web for fun. I appreciate all that Firefox has done for the safety of all internet users, but trying to get it on this tablet has not been fun.
