Silly question been using Firefox for ages, and now recently when opening firefox and opening a new tab via my new-tab-homepage extension (set to google.co.uk)

Instead of automatically putting my 'type-focus' in the google search bar. It goes now instead to the beginning of the url

As in I start typing now at the start of -> www.google.co.uk/
