Response from client go into TRASH, instead go in INBOX
Hello, Please help me with this technical issue: Some of the emails that have to go into INBOX, of course, end up in TRASH. And I can't see them in time, they contain offers, confirmations, urgent answers. It thus creates impediments and problems for me.
It is a route created without knowing it?

Open your settings with your e-mail provider. Make sure no filters are blocking your mails. Any other help would need to be via the providers support.
