I am continually having problems with Firefox. It won't accept cookies and I can't manage my permissions. This has been going on for a while and I'm forced to use Chrome to open sites that have popups or accept cookies. What is the problem?

I have even turned off Popup Blocker but still no luck. Could it be my A-V? If it were that, then it should also be happening in Chrome.

What measures can I take to check what is causing this?

Where are you having this problem related to managing permissions:

It won't accept cookies and I can't manage my permissions.

Is the "Manage Permissions" button disabled/grayed out, or does the Save Changes button fail to work? Let us know a little more detail on this.

Make sure cookies are not bocked.
