After a reinstall I'm unable to locate names & address's or saved local folders,need help?
Since 5/7/20 I've been unable to receive or send new email. Then yesterday, after many attempts I decided to do a uninstall/reinstall. It worked to allow sending & receiving, but my contacts, address books & all saved local folders are missing.

Thanks for the try Matt, there is a problem, your description of the "bottom of the list" is not matching. What I see is not at the bottom, and it's just profile & a button to open. My new Tbird is 68.8.0 (32-bit) apparently replaced a 64-bit system, my Win10 is a 64-bit OS. If you need more info let me know.
Matt, I'm finding that I may have made a big mistake. It will take me some time to respond, but just understand that it looks like somehow I wasn't scrolling down to the bottom of the list.
Hi Matt, I tried to reach you earlier today, but was unable to do it this way & you probably never saw it. Today I was expecting to see like what I saw last night & it was all back to garbage. The original problem was that my Yahoo mail was good, but I'm using Tbird & it was corrupted. After the reinstall I changed my password in Yahoo mail to solve the Problem in Tbird, but it wouldn't take. And apparently that's the problem again, Tbird today is all messed up again.
Matt, Did I miss your reply to my latest (see above)? I really need urgent help. Yahoo mail is functioning normally, but it's very difficult for me to do anything other than read post's. With Tbird disabled I feel like I've gone blind. Please help me soon.
