When I installed Thunderbird on new computer all my e-mails & accounts automatically transferred from Charter.net to the new installation. I've changed passwords and other things, not realizing that the address book did not transfer. How do I move Thunderbird's Address Book to new computer without changing my new profile information?

Sure you can. The two default address books, namely Personal and Collected, are stored in files named abook.mab and history.mab respectively. Simply copy them from the old profile folder to the new one, preferably when Tbird is closed (Exit/Quit Tbird).

Thanks, Stans! I must not have entered the right keywords... All I could find was to copy the entire Profiles File. But that gave me the location, so I just went to the Profiles Folder and there the two files were. Thanks so very much. Uisdean
