I went to some page trying to sell me stuff at a "discount" but repeatedly could not move off the page without clicking some buttons on said page, Naturally I did not do so but killed the tab. Why does mozilla enable these criminal hijackers to take over their software. I am GOD on my computer and should not be impeded by criminal capitalist organizations hijacking my browser and in such a blatant way. Why does Mozzilla allow this? whos side are you criminal enablers on really?

Hi jackobyDawg, how did the page prevent you from moving away?

For example, do you mean the page showed a dialog similar to the following (the beforeunload prompt):

Or was it something else such as going full screen to hide the tab bar, etc.?

If you want to provide a link to a badly behaved site, please add a space in the domain (for example, break .com into .c om) so no one goes to it accidentally. Thanks.
