hi, this is only supposed to happen if the installation directory is changing. have you installed firefox like explained in How to download and install Firefox on Mac?

Dear Philipp,

Thanks for the advice.

I removed my previous installation of Firefox and followed the instructions "How to download and install Firefox on Mac" you sent me exactly.

When I restarted my computer I got the same message again. I have attached a screenshot of the message.

Any idea what I can do now?

I don't know why it didn't work before , but now each time I restart I am getting just the one profile with all my settings.
