It sounds like you have malware on your computer. I'd follow these steps to help:

  • Go to www.malwarebytes.com, download and install Malwarebytes, remove everything it finds.
  • Update Windows. Run the updater multiple times until it finds no new updates.
  • If you use any-third party anti-virus on your computer (bitdefender, mcafee, etc.) uninstall them. Windows Defender (which is installed on your computer by default) is one of the best anti-virus available, and combined with monthly malwarebytes scans you don't need anything else.
