Bookmark Tag Suggestions won't complete...

I am using Firefox 67.0.4, and for the past few weeks I've had this annoying issue with the bookmark tag suggestions not completing when I click them.

I've attached an image that shows the typical tag suggestion, but again when I click on the suggestion it doesn't do anything, i have to continue to type out the tag in full.

This is quite a minor issue, but like many minor it is extremely annoying. Further more yesterday this issue seemed to be fixed, but today it's broken again.

What's going on? Is my profile bugged?
