Where are you downloading them from? Cookies are information websites store on the computer. Like your website profile, settings and so on.
let me try to articulate the issue
On mozilla , a particular website is used with single user license
we export the cookies and use those cookies to make it multiple user .
for the past a few days ... on our new systems , the option of import and export cookies is not coming in mozilla ...we use to download cookie manager and then used to import and export ..cookies ..now that option is not there ...can u help
.
What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.
Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.
Open another file browser to wherever the cookies you want are stored. Then Copy the cookie file from one to the other.
Make sure you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" - remove checkmark: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
